The Devil came to inspect Munich's new Frauenkirche and, standing in the entrance hall, laughed at a church built with no windows — from that one spot, every window hides behind a pillar. He stamped his foot in triumph, saw his error a step later, and stormed off in the wind that still whips around the towers. The black footprint remains in the floor.
